  I have five stars so my comment would actually show up. This place is horrible. It is filthy inside and the place never had any chicken done we always have to wait twenty min for us to get our meals. If it wasn't such a good deal 5 dollar fill ups I would never go there but the fam has to eat. Today I go in there and they tell me it is a hour and a half wait because someone in the drive through ordered a huge amount of chicken. And the next two baskets that are coming up are going to them as well... Okay wouldn't you let the huge order be the one to wait instead of shoeing off ten customers that wanted chicken too. The place is ran very bad no one there seems to know how to run a store. If I was the manager the place would run smooth and dandy. But we got a bunch of know it all's that think they know it all. Horrible customer service. Don't go there unless your poor and need to feed family because this place is a embarrassment to the KFC name.

  I just waited for 18 minutes, drive thru, got my order,get home...Wrong order!!!it's simple and easy. .called and spoke to mngr.bad experience! Can't believe how you can mess up so bad!!=(
